These English muffins are super easy to make and soooo delish.
You can prep the dough ahead of time and leave it to ferment slowly for up to 24 hours before frying, which adds more depth to the flavour and makes for an amaze pillowy dough. Check out my recipe for fresh hollandaise sauce to make eggs royale from scratch!
